What I've Been Eating This Week

This past week I've really been enjoying my food and building myself back up after being away for a little break.

I've enjoyed taking photos of my food this week to share on my blog (yes, I know its frowned upon - and people think its weird... But who cares?!)

I've been trying to get back into eating more fruit for breakfast. I've been enjoying banana and Rowse Honey. I also like to add cinnamon. Of course served along side a cup of tea!

I loved my dinner on Monday. I mean, who doesn't love pizza, chips and Dr Pepper?

Nothing fancy about my photography but it was delicious all the same!

It might be "junk food" to many, or unhealthy but I needed it and it was so so good!!!

Please remember, don't call people out on eating "junk food" because you never know their private reasons for needing to eat it.

I have a sweet tooth and love desserts!

I love brownies and ice cream. We make the brownies from a Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie Mix from Costco. This Kelly's of Cornwall ice cream made it even more luxurious and rich. This was a treat!

Crumpets for breakfast was lovely this week. Very British!

I love my hot puddings because I have an illness that reacts to the cold (I basically spend majority of my life freezing cold) - so anything warm or hot is always welcomed. Especially if its treacle tart and Ambrosia custard! Yum!

Look at this dreamy treacle tart!

Be prepared for your mouth to water!!

My Mum made the most delicious lasagna this week. It was incredible! I am not exaggerating!

Lasagna is one of my favourite meals. I love all things pasta and cheesy!

What's your favourite food?

Soft Sleek Hair From GHD

So this week I actually managed to get myself up, dressed and makeup on successfully after battling with an awful cold. Its made me feel so blaah all week so it was nice to get my makeup on and pick myself up a bit.

For a couple of weeks now I've been suffering with knotty hair. It's been driving me crazy, after getting ready I thought I would try and tidy up my hair a little too. I whipped out my GHD's and knew I wanted to tame some of the knotty craziness, so I smoothed through once with my straighteners and then started to create some soft waves.

I didn't want my hair curly but I knew I wanted something soft, sleek and tidy. I was taking small sections of hair and pulling them softly backwards through the straighteners twisting my wrist to create a soft bend in the hair.

I was lifting and pulling the sections out and away from my face because I didn't want curls too close to my roots.

My hair really cheered me up this week and made me feel much brighter and more glam.
